Placing an Order
Ordering from The Skog Child is easy! Simply browse our online store, add your favourite items to your cart, and proceed to checkout. Our secure checkout accepts all major payment methods.
Payment
We accept all major credit and debit cards, as well as PayPal and other payment options available at checkout. All transactions are processed in Australian Dollars (AUD) and are secured with SSL encryption.
Order Confirmation
Once your order has been placed, you will receive an order confirmation email to the address provided at checkout. Please check your junk or spam folder if you don't see it within a few minutes. If you have not received a confirmation email, please contact us at hello@theskogchild.com.
Amending or Cancelling an Order
We process orders quickly, so if you need to make a change or cancel your order, please contact us as soon as possible at hello@theskogchild.com. We will do our best to accommodate your request, but we cannot guarantee changes once an order has been dispatched.
Out of Stock Items
In the rare event that an item you have ordered is out of stock, we will contact you promptly via email to discuss your options, including a full refund or substitution.
