At The Skog Child, we take great care in packing and sending your order. We want your little one's treasures to arrive safely and as quickly as possible.
Processing Times
Orders are processed within 1–3 business days. During busy periods (sales, holidays, and new launches), processing may take a little longer — we appreciate your patience.
Australian Shipping
We ship Australia-wide via Australia Post and/or courier services.
- Standard shipping: 3–7 business days
- Express shipping: 1–3 business days
Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on the size and weight of your order. Free standard shipping is available on orders over $150.
Order Tracking
Once your order has been dispatched, you'll receive a confirmation email with tracking details so you can follow your parcel's journey.
Damaged or Lost Parcels
If your order arrives damaged or goes missing in transit, please contact us at hello@theskogchild.com within 7 days of the expected delivery date and we'll do our best to make it right.

We are unable to redirect parcels once they have been dispatched, so please ensure your delivery address is correct at checkout.
