Can I return my order if I change my mind?
We know you will love our products, but if for any reason you are unhappy or change your mind, please contact us at hello@theskogchild.com to request a return within 7 days, and you can return them to us within 14 days from the date of purchase. The products must be in their original re-saleable condition with tags on and in their original packaging. Products must not have been washed or used.
Please contact us at hello@theskogchild.com to arrange an exchange or store credit. Please include your invoice number, product description, and reason for return in your email.
The Skog Child will not be liable for any lost or damaged items being returned. We recommend that you pack the order as we have sent it so it arrives safely, and use a courier service or registered mail for tracking purposes. Please note that all change of mind returns must be shipped at your own cost.
We will offer a refund only if we are unable to replace defective goods and if we are contacted within 7 days of receiving the item. No refunds are offered after 7 days — instead, a store credit will be issued. We do not offer a refund for change of mind orders; however, we are happy to offer a store credit. Delivery and shipping costs are non-refundable.
Can I return my order if my products are faulty or damaged?
If your product is deemed to be faulty or damaged, please contact us at hello@theskogchild.com within 14 days of receipt and we will gladly accept your return. We will either refund in full or exchange the same product for a new one, subject to availability. We will also gladly exchange with another product of your choice of equal value.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept any returns (including faulty or damaged products) after 14 days of receipt.
What costs do I bear if I want to make a return?
You will need to cover postage costs for change of mind returns. However, The Skog Child will reimburse return postage for any product deemed to be faulty or damaged within the 14-day return period.
